  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – Perfect for when you need that gorgeous cookware set ready for an upcoming holiday dinner or a last-minute housewarming gift.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? Because professional cookware is heavy and demands precision, every item undergoes a strict structural and safety quality check within 1-2 business days before being securely packaged. You will receive an automated email confirmation with a tracking link the moment your box leaves our floor.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Due to the oversized dimensions and heavy weight of our premium cookware sets, we primarily ship to physical residential and business addresses within the United States. We cannot deliver our larger pan and pot sets to P.O. Boxes.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

What is your return policy? We stand firmly behind the superior craftsmanship of our gear. If a product doesn’t perfectly align with your kitchen setup, we happily accept returns of unused, unwashed kitchenware in its original, completely undamaged packaging and box within 30 days of delivery.

What if my heavy glassware or ceramic items arrive damaged? We pack our premium kitchenware with heavy-duty protective layers to survive transit. However, if the carrier route was exceptionally rough and an item arrives cracked or damaged, please email us at info@modernmajor.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will rush a brand-new replacement to you immediately at zero extra cost.
